The delivery takes place on THURSDAY 24th of May, during the lunch break in Pollenzo and from 6 pm until 8 pm at Vicolo Sergente Testa 2/a (near Piazza Roma, Bra).
When you came to pick up your box, you can find very good and sustainable coffee to buy!

Number of animals raised per year and breed: About 150 head of Piedmontese breed cows and calves.
Type of breeding: Free-range; always free in the barn, pasture from April to November.
Supply and origin of raw materials: Hay, grass silage mixed with straw for cows and calves. In the last 4-5 months, animals are feed hay and a mixture of barley, ground corn and bran. 70% of the raw materials originate from the farm.
The farm produces: Barley (40q / h), Corn (85q / h), Hay (100Q / h).
Animal health: Traditional Pharmacology as permitted by Organic Regulations, integrated with homeopathic products.
Certification for products or production processes: Organic Certification and Certification for Coalvi Piemontese Breed.
Sales channels: Direct sales from the farm, Restaurants in Milan and Cuneo provinces, GAS in Liguria and Piedmont.
