The delivery takes place on THURSDAY 24th of May, during the lunch break in Pollenzo and from 6 pm until 8 pm at Vicolo Sergente Testa 2/a (near Piazza Roma, Bra).

Azienda Agricola Buttieri has followed the road traveled by many small businesses in the area. Over time it has adopted methods that take environmental health into consideration, finally arriving at completely organic production methods. With 20 acres of sunflower fields, a small press and a few other pieces of equipment, Giuseppe Buttieri produces his own organic sunflower oil, and is currently planning to convert to biodynamic agriculture.
The attention to quality starts from the field, with the threshing of sunflowers in late August and early September. This is the right time to catch the product at the best of its best. The storage of the seeds prior to pressing in an un-conditioned chamber (but with controlled humidity) is one aspect of what makes this oil a unique product.
